2025 TNTESOL PAyment Methods

TNTESOL offers registration online. Because of potential errors in credit card transcription, TNTESOL does not offer registration by phone. Registrants can select to pay by credit card, check, or purchase order to complete the online registration.  

Credit Cards

TNTESOL accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

Checks

Checks are accepted as a form of online payment until February 1, 2026. Check should be selected as a form of payment during the online registration process.

TNTESOL reserves the right to cancel registration if payment is not received/postmarked by February 1, 2026. 

Purchase Orders

Purchase orders are accepted as a form of payment until February 1, 2026. Purchase orders must be submitted at the time of registration. They will be invoiced within 2 business days of receipt. Registrants registering with a purchase order should forward invoices to and follow up with their employer to ensure timely payment. Full payment must be received by March 1, 2026. 

Purchase orders should be submitted during online registration process and/or emailed to tntesol2025@gmail.com. Purchase orders are not accepted as form of payment for on-site registration.

TNTESOL reserves the right to cancel registration if the purchase order document is not received/submitted with registration. TNTESOL also reserves the right to deny a purchase order from employer/institution that TNTESOL could not collect payment for the past events. Registrants will be contacted if their purchase order was denied by TNTESOL.
