2025 TNTESOL Attendee waiver

By registering to attend the 2025 TNTESOL Conference, you expressly agree to adhere to any and all protocols implemented by TNTESOL, any facilities or venues at which the conference is to be held, or any third-party organizations providing services, recreation, or entertainment at the conference. Agreement by you to comply with applicable protocols is a condition of your attendance at 2025 TNTESOL Conference. 

As a 2025 TNTESOL Conference attendee in Memphis, TN, USA, I acknowledge and agree to the following: 

• I agree to participate in and abide by all safety protocols implemented on-site by TNTESOL. I agree to comply with the Tennessee Department of Health issued medical directives. For more information, visit their website: https://www.tn.gov/health.html
• I agree NOT to attend the 2025 TNTESOL Conference if I am experiencing or exhibiting any contagious symptoms as outlined by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath. For a list of symptoms, please visit the CDC website.  
• I acknowledge the contagious and evolving nature of contagious diseases and voluntarily assume any and all risk as a result of my attendance at the 2025 TNTESOL Conference. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any expense, liability, illness, injury, disability or death during or after the convention. In consideration of my registration for and attendance at 2025 TNTESOL Conference, I hereby irrevocably and forever release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless TNTESOL and each of its affiliated partners and sponsors, including without limitation, their respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from all claims arising out of or connected to. I understand and agree that this release of liability includes any claims against TNTESOL, as well as conference personnel or representatives, whether an infection occurrence exists before, during, or after attendance and participation at the convention.  
• I agree NOT to attend the 2025 TNTESOL Conference if I have become recently exposed to a person or animal with a positive and confirmed case of COVID-19/Influenza, or if I have experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19/Influenza within the past 14 days.
• TNTESOL reserves the right to cancel any events because of low registration or events beyond TNTESOL's control. In the unlikely event of cancellation, registrants will be notified and offered the option to switch to a different event or receive a full refund. 

• Consent to Use of Recorded Images and Audio
  By registering, attending, or participating in meetings and other activities sponsored by TNTESOL, you agree to allow TNTESOL to record, reproduce, and distribute your image or voice in photographs, videotapes, audiotapes, and any other methods of reproduction now and in the future.
